About the role: 

We are seeking an experienced VP of Client Success to lead our client success team and health coaching teams and ensure the success of our clients. The VP of Success will be responsible for overseeing the whole fulfillment side of the business, excluding shipping and handling, ensuring that our clients are satisfied and achieving their health goals, and developing strategies to improve client engagement and retention (while maintaining extensive quality control). 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the client success team and coaching departments, ensuring that they are meeting their goals and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our clients are receiving the most up-to-date information and tools to support their health journey
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Collect and analyze data on client success metrics, using this information to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client success


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in client success, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing remote teams
  • Working in a fast-paced startup environment, scaling the fulfillment department from 100-250 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to optimize the client success and coaching departments including identifying and implementing industry best practices, creating, building, and streamlining processes, and establishing key performance metrics to drive growth and maximize efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a strong understanding of the health industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
  • You will be interviewed, assessed, and expected to perform the following based on the job scorecard below:
  • NPS 50+
  • eNPS 70+
  • Cancel rate below 12%
  • Coach transfer requests below 5%
  • Service renewal of 35%
