Position Overview

Proximie are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to provide support to senior members of the Proximie team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills and have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations.

Requirements

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the executives
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments for the executives, working closely with global admin team to organize schedules internally
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Make travel, accommodation and restaurant arrangements
  • Support with document creation, for internal and external communication, as well as meeting preparation for executives
  • Provide support with efficiently filing documents
  • Assist with planning of company events including team meetings, offsites and dinners
  • Provide additional ad hoc support to EA to CEO as required

Must Have

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
