Digital Health Cloud Developer

As a Digital Health Cloud Developer, you’ll be supporting the development of cloud applications across the company’s digital health products and services.

The Digital Health Cloud Developer will create and influence the design, implementation, and delivery of cloud applications that serve patients, health providers and internal customers. You’ll work with internal and external partners in a matrix organization, helping bring digital transformation to the delivery of hemodialysis.

Quanta is focused on the commercialization and ongoing development of SC+, an innovative cartridge-based hemodialysis system. SC+ is a high performance, compact hemodialysis system which will revolutionize this market sector.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, evolve, and technically lead the digital health cloud infrastructure
• Co-develop the overall technical roadmap jointly with the Director of Digital Health and execute the digital health strategy. Evolve and future-proof considering regulatory and security factors.
• Work with the product leadership to ensure development teams can deliver efficiently and more reliably.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of an easy-to-use, low-maintenance infrastructure and automation environment.
• Set the direction for 24/7 operations both at the personnel and technical levels.
• Work with stakeholders to effectively translate user needs to documented Software requirements, satisfying applicable norms, standards and internal QMS (Quality Management System).
• Production of effective document stack satisfying applicable norms, standards and internal QMS.
• Production of fully implemented and successfully tested and integrated applications, covering all the required steps of the software life-cycles (e.g. code reviews, unit tests).
• Support triaging process for prioritization and characterizations of anomalies with a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Report, progress and escalate any issues and propose product evolution or process improvements to your manager with the appropriate level of detail.
• Provide coaching to assist with the development of junior colleagues.
• Lead, collaborate and facilitate interaction with relevant peers to drive completion of set tasks.
• Deliver an appropriate level of direction to communicate required approaches to development tasks for solutions to be implanted.
• Contribute to digital health project plans definition and update.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the role of designing and managing deployed cloud solutions in a regulated industry
• Knowledge of relevant programming languages (C# mandatory) and scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) supporting the automation of development environments.
• Experience developing with .NET technologies (i.e. .Net Core, 5, 6)
• Experience of building and designing solutions within public clouds (e.g. Azure, AWS).
