Job Details

Quantic has an immediate opening for an Account Executive who will play a crucial role in closing active opportunities and deepening relationships with our current and potential customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and autonomous self-starter with B2B sales experience who will thrive on independent work and the challenge of leveraging relationships to close deals. The role is fully remote, with a preference for someone based near New York City. The anticipated salary range for this job is $70,000-$110,000 plus generous commission and equity. The final base salary will be dependent on a number of factors including candidate location and related experience.


What You Will Do

  • Take over and drive revenue by taking our $2M pipeline of corporate relationships and nurturing and converting as many as possible to customers or sponsors of our educational programs.
  • Maintain valuable oversight and relationships with key partners to ensure customer success and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with other department personnel to design and implement creative solutions for clients.
  • Develop proficiency on Quantic products and solutions.
  • Partner with the leadership team to determine the most effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide timely updates to Salesforce regarding opportunity management and forecasting.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills: you will provide high-caliber relationship development and deal-making.
  • Well versed in understanding customer needs and determining what sales strategy and product offerings will be most suitable for them.
  • Superior verbal, written, and phone-based communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.


Preferred Experience

  • Sold learning products into the HR, Benefits, or L&D space.
  • Edtech experience.
