Are you a marketing expert with a big-picture view of online campaigns that thrives on data and analytics? Is a marketing role on a highly impactful and driven team with a passion for coaching others something you would love to be a part of?

Our client is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to impact their online presence by generating traffic for our various channels, creating and implementing organic marketing strategies and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with copywriters, designers, sales, and the delivery team to generate fresh ideas, systems, and processes in order to increase traffic and optimize campaigns. This person will ultimately be responsible for ensuring its effective execution by closely monitoring and reporting on results.

On a typical day, the Marketing Manager will work collaboratively on all of the existing marketing activities: paid and organic marketing, community curation for podcast/youtube channels, and keeping a close pulse on data analytics. You’ll oversee a team of outsourced subcontractors and drive lead generation strategies for the sales team while owning our weekly content calendars. You’ll also be coaching our clients on how to learn the strategies of efficiently marketing themselves to get back in control of their team and time.

This is a position for someone who is highly analytical, performance, and results-driven. We are looking for someone who has the desire to leave an impact on our audience by creating fresh ideas and driving the execution process to produce high-quality results that will help to grow our audience and increase revenue in a company that seeks to change the game for contractors. Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting:

    • Monitor all active marketing campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements

    • Track and analyze data for each individual campaign, making the necessary adjustments for optimization

    • Design workflows and procedures to help support the automation of data collection

    • Make high-level decisions by drawing insightful conclusions from qualitative and quantitative data

  • Content Creation:

    • Develop and execute new marketing ideas and strategies

    • Create and send organic email marketing campaigns to potential leads

    • Create and repurpose organic content for the company’s various social media platforms

    • Create original copy for all marketing materials

    • Lead with launching, optimizing, scaling, and reporting back on campaigns from start to finish

  • Team:

    • Work together with fellow colleagues to come up with fresh marketing ideas and strategies

    • Work closely with the Sales department and Executive Assistant to ensure the effectiveness of the marketing strategies

  • Coaching:

    • Work with clients in an individualized and team environment to ensure that they are getting maximum value from our program

Must-Have:

  • Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities

  • Ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it

  • Previous experience with online marketing with specialization in media buying on social media platforms

  • Experience writing direct-response copy

  • Proven experience with analyzing and reporting on data

  • Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude

  • A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients

  • Experience in building systems and processes is preferred
