We are currently seeking Live Chat Assistants for TikTok accounts to respond to customer DM's for businesses worldwide. This is a remote position that allows you to work from home, and it is flexible enough to fit into your schedule. The only requirements are a TikTok account, reliable internet access, and availability of 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will reply to customer inquiries on businesses' TikTok accounts through direct messages. You will receive information on the business and answers to the most commonly asked questions. Then, you will log into the business's TikTok account and provide customer support via DM's.

Contract Length:

No fixed term

Rate:

$30 per hour

Skills/Background:

To be considered for this position, you must have a device capable of accessing TikTok, be able to work independently, follow provided instructions closely, have availability of 20+ hours per week, and a reliable internet connection.

Hours per week:

20 - 40 hours per week

Location:
