You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing sales team. You will pioneer a new role, working closely with the sales executives, BDR, and implementation teams to support our most strategic and competitive opportunities.

We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and strategic thinker who is laser-focused on articulating the strategic value of the Revegy solution and exploring the unique fit with each of our prospects and clients to drive the best demo experience possible.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for educating the market about the power of Revegy, configuring and delivering demos based on unique client needs, and supporting our biggest and most competitive enterprise opportunities by serving as the Revegy user and technical expert. This means:

  • Showcasing your experience as a user of the platform, your creativity, and your strategic approach to both accounts and specific prospects.
  • Making configurations and usage recommendations based on best practices as well as customer needs and sales maturity.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discovery sessions with the sales team to identify and prioritize key business value drivers along with critical configuration needs.
  • Ensuring we delight end users, supporting platform adoption and sales success.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Helping build groundswell and consensus by engaging members of prospect and/or customer sales organizations.
  • Work closely with existing and prospective customers to identify, prioritize, and quantify key business drivers and understand how our solution will help address their strategic needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business case presentations that accelerate and/or expand opportunities.
  • Act as a business value and technical subject matter expert in account planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.
  • Supporting the deployment and coordination of the Sales Maturity Diagnostics and Discovery.
  • To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and the latest and greatest in terms of sales methodology.


Revegy’s Enterprise sales team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming sales professionals who are all aligned on one mission: to redefine the Sales Execution space.

The sales team consists of results-oriented SaaS sales professionals with a strong hunter mentality and a desire to win. We expect the Sales Engineer to share a few common traits: self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about providing the best sales experience possible for our current and future customers.


  • Attend Revegy’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our story and understand what makes our company and culture unique.
  • Partner with one of our team members in our new hire ‘buddy’ program to learn the ropes, better understand our solution, and have a go-to person for any questions. This will set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact quickly.
  • Begin 1:1s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, identify the accounts you will be supporting, and work closely with the Sales Executive team to create strategic account plans.
  • Set goals with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them.


  • Have a strong understanding of Revegy and feel comfortable verbalizing our platform value as well as articulating each aspect of the demo
  • Meet regularly with your assigned Account Executives, Manager, and peers to become an expert on the product and your talk track
  • Continue your education around Revegy’s competitive advantage and continue to strengthen your business acumen
  • Consistently achieve your joint sales goals
  • Become an expert on internal tools and processes
  • Strategize and interface with sales representatives to penetrate targeted accounts and identify sales opportunities
  • Execute detailed product presentations and virtual demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers


  • Consistently meet or exceed your joint sales team quota
  • Complete ongoing training to ensure you are up to date on new releases and demo functionality and configurations
  • Continue to focus on your OKRs
  • Assist in the development of best practices for demo presentations and configured customer demos
  • Take part in developing scoping questions and processes to help alleviate friction points in the sales process

  • Experience interacting with senior leaders at the Director, VP, and C-suite levels
  • Experience executing detailed, value-driven product presentations and virtual demonstrations of software capabilities to senior executives, directors, and managers
  • Adept at identifying and utilizing internal and external resources to build platform value awareness, assist in sales cycles, and contribute to closed-won deals
  • Collaborative mentality by prioritizing ‘we’ vs. focusing on ‘me’
  • Superb listening skills; must understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into champions using value and urgency
  • High degree of empathy; it’s important to have strong, trusting relationships with peers and prospects
  • Experience presenting within a variety of markets and verticals
  • Proven ability to build solid connections and overcome objections to achieve results
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years sales engineer / pre-sales experience
