Who We’re Hiring:

The Network Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing the credentialing policies & procedures that will demonstrate adherence to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, contract standards and internal guidelines.

Success in this position will require exceptional communication & organizational skills, attention to detail, creative problem solving, understanding of contract language, knowledge of various State, Federal, and Agency rules/laws, and the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and deadlines. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to build relationships across all stakeholders to expedite the submission of documents and necessary information to remain compliant. This role will demonstrate the ability to follow established procedures and processes as well as suggest improvements to make them more efficient and better aligned with company goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Ride Health’s credentialing program and all the transportation network requirements for each client we serve.
  • Collect and retain documents according to Ride Health policies.
  • Prepare for and coordinates credentialing audits in compliance with client contracts.
  • Build relationships and work with stakeholders, internally and externally, including transportation providers, insurance agencies/brokers, governmental agencies, and clients.
  • Work directly with various departments to identify and resolve credentialing concerns.
  • Communicate to key stakeholders all pertinent information captured from conference calls, work groups and team meetings.
  • Monitor credentialing operations to ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures, client contracts, and government regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • NOTE: Candidates must have internet speed of 10 Mbps and ability to hard-wire in via ethernet as needed


Competencies:

  • Rock solid integrity and ethics. It's compliance.
  • Experience with Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is strongly preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of and/or the ability to research and apply any State, Federal, Client, or Regulatory agency rules.
  • Excellent time management and communication
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to process computer data, and to format and generate reports.
  • Skilled in developing policy and procedure documentation.
  • Database management skills.
