Company Description

  • We've been honing our remote-only workplace culture and best practices for 13 years. The result is an autonomous, global team in 6 countries and 7 time zones that thrives on collaboration, purpose, and no politics. Our best feature? A team that cares about the mastery of their work, the company, and our people. Here are also a handful of other reasons why we are awesome…
  1. We manage by execution or goals. So long as you get your work done, we're happy campers.
  2. Complete Work/Life Balance. We are piloting a 4 day work week that could become a regular part of our culture. We want you to be operating at 100% capacity, which means that you need to rest.
  3. You Can Be Yourself. You don't have to put on a fake, professional face. You can just be yourself.
  4. Major Opportunities for Career Growth. We have big goals and dreams. We are not trying to just be a small business. We promote quickly once we identify talent. It doesn't matter what your credentials are – it matters what you get done.
  5. Anti Red Tape. There are no bureaucratic or lengthy rules getting in the way of getting work done.
  6. Supportive Environment. We don't operate via intense stress or unreasonable top-down deadlines. Everyone wants you to be successful – internal politics are at a minimum here.
  7. Pro-Curiosity. We value a growth mindset. Part of that is being curious about how things work and wanting to learn more. We want everyone to get better constantly.
