About the role:

  • We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for taking care of contracts and hiring, creating HR SOPs, keeping track of vacation requests, sick days, and leaves, onboarding, and offboarding of candidates, and performance reports. You will be in charge of the day-to-day management of our staff and ensure that they have the resources they need to do their jobs.
  • In addition, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, provide advice and counseling to managers and employees, and work with the leadership team to create and implement HR policies.
  • We understand the importance of having an experienced HR Manager who can handle all of the tasks associated with staff management. We offer a competitive salary and a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
  • This would be a full-time remote position. We are looking for someone who is based in either Latin America or Eastern Europe.

Requirements:
