Job Description

Reporting directly into our Director of Sales, this Mid-Market Account Executive is a hunter role focused on acquiring new customers in the HR/recruiting/talent space.

Responsibilities

  • Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, perform online demos to corporate HR professionals, create proposals, and close deals
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our Sense value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among new prospects
  • Land new business within greenfield territory
  • Engage and educate senior-level decision-makers within staffing and recruiting and be able to educate them on the importance of our platform solution and validate Sense’s client potential
  • Partner with the BD, Marketing, and Product teams to develop account-based engagement strategies to build trust and deliver client value
  • Track and record metrics throughout the sales process


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial, growth mindset with a track record of overachieving revenue targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Training with sales methodologies preferred such as MEDDIC
  • Solutions-oriented and able to navigate challenges swiftly
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer and candidate experience
  • An inclusive, collaborative team player with high integrity and grit

Desirable

  • Proactive hunter sales mentality
  • Relevant SaaS sales experience, preferably within the HR, ATS/CRM, or Recruiting space
  • Experience selling into People Ops/HR
  • Experience with Slack, Front, Salesforce, and Outreach
  • Bonus points if you have experience working at an ATS/CRM startup
