About the role

To achieve our mission to enable remote employment globally, we need to build a world-class product experience backed by our core Payments platform that is seamless, convenient, and reliable for our customers. We face new and exciting challenges every day and need your help to solve them.


What will you do?


  • Actively seek new business opportunities, engage, and build relationships with potential customers within your target markets and ideal customer profiles
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability 
  • Manage and deliver on sales targets through inbound channels and also by executing outbound sales activities
  • Execute discovery calls, conduct product demos, and help customers through the sales process all the way to closure
  • Engage with C-suite executives and other top-level directors to initiate and maintain meaningful relationships, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate our solutions to drive business growth
  • Tailor and send quotes and proposals for each prospect based on their specific needs
  • Work closely with the CSMs (customer success managers) to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with new customers and generate additional revenue by upselling and cross-selling


Note: This is not a remote role. The role requires experience in consultative and outbound sales, and deal closure. International sales experience is preferred.


Ideal candidate

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to close
  • Self-starter with proven success in outbound lead generation in a competitive and results-driven environment
  • 3 years of overall sales experience, in recruitment/ staffing or B2B SaaS industry, of which a minimum of 1 year is in outbound Sales
  • A customer-first attitude with an ability to build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to prospective clients
  • Passionate about all aspects of lead generation including cold-calling and social selling
  • Relentless and creative approach to generating pipeline and revenue
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation including customer success, marketing, product, and engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and adapt to a changing environment
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous
