About the role
As an Account Executive - Sales, you will drive Skuad's growth in Singapore, APAC, & EMEA by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and contribute to expanding our customer base in the region.
As an Inbound Account Executive at Skuad, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads into customers. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how Skuad’s platform can address their challenges. - Quota carrying role with direct business impact in a fast growth business: Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and lead prospects through the sales process to closure.
- Lead Conversion: Manage and respond to inbound inquiries promptly, qualifying leads and moving them through the sales pipeline.
- Customer Engagement: Understand client needs, present Skuad’s platform, and communicate the value of Skuad’s services effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth expertise in Skuad’s platform and services to guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to optimize processes and enhance product offerings.
- Business Development: Increase Skuad’s brand presence by networking in the local ecosystem in Singapore and participating in relevant events.
Ideal candidate
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with a strong track record in inbound sales. Experience in recruitment/staffing or SaaS, HR tech, or global payroll.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
- Customer-Focused: Empathy and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Driven: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
