• Become our in-house HR expert for the country/region (Poland) and handle all people-related matters as they may relate to the EOR employee lifecycle at Skuad
• Own and drive EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, employee support, benefits, employee exit 
• Provide a high level of support to our EOR employees and be their point of contact for any HR-related queries
• Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration 
• Provide a high-touch local experience where required and help the product and operations team to create systems that can scale with Skuad
• Work with country product dev team to standardize employee life cycle structure
• Coordinate with the customers, HR Ops Lead, and CSMs to ensure customer issues are resolved in one working day
• Learn and drive Platform adoption and ensure that the processes are run on the platform

• Adherence to Onboarding/Offboarding SLAs 
• OKR Dashboard of the Region 
• Resolving queries within 24hrs 
• Knowledge expertise of the region (score 90% and above in assessments) 
• 4 hours of mandatory training to upskill yourself. 
• Ensuring team’s adherence to training session 
• Team’s Happiness Index 

• 2-5 years of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Ops, or in a relevant HR field 
• Hands-on experience/knowledge of policy administration, Compensation & payroll is a must. Knowledge of the same for multiple geographies will be a bonus
• Experience in using any known HRMS platform thoroughly 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Bachelor's degree/ MBA in Human Resources Management or similar field Demonstrated ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, working independently across multiple groups, and thriving in a high-pressure and rapidly growing environment
