• Become our in-house HR expert for the country or region and handle all people-related matters as they may relate to the EOR employee lifecycle at Skuad
• Own and drive EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, employee support, benefits, employee exit
• Provide a high level of support to our EOR employees and be their point of contact for any HR-related queries
• Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
• Provide a high-touch local experience where required, and help the product and operations teams create systems that can scale with Skuad
• Work with the country product dev team to standardize employee life cycle structure 
• Coordinate with the customers, HR Ops Lead, and CSMs to ensure customer issues are resolved in one working day
• Learn and drive Platform adoption and ensure that the processes are run on the platform

 What will you do?

• Adherence to Onboarding/Offboarding SLAs
• OKR Dashboard of the Region
• Resolving queries within 24hrs
• Knowledge and expertise of the region (scores of 90% and above in assessments)
• 4 hours of mandatory training to upskill yourself 
• Ensuring the team’s adherence to training sessions
• Team’s Happiness Index

Note: You need to be based in Czech Republic for this role.

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Ops, or in the relevant HR field
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of policy administration, compensation, and payroll are a must for the Czech Republic, and it is good to have EU region experience as well. Knowledge of the same for multiple geographies will be a bonus
• Experience using any known HRMS platform thoroughly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree/ MBA in Human Resources Management or similar field
• Demonstrated ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, working independently across multiple groups, and thriving in a high-pressure and rapidly growing environment

Mandatory Education & Work Experience

• A high school diploma or 3 years of higher education (not equivalent to a bachelor’s degree) and 5 years of relevant work experience are required
• A university diploma (bachelor's or master’s) and 2 years of relevant work experience are necessary
