• Develop excellent visual and imagery concepts
• Imbibe the brand and its essence, ensure consistency and maintain high standards of quality 
• Be mindful of contemporary and historical trends in design
• Oversee all design elements, from the initial conception to final delivery
• Understand design needs to develop and communicate them to the target audience and team members
• Create highly engaging landing pages, emailers, newsletters, content visualizations, and more
• Design ads and social creatives for product promotions
• Delegate design deliverables to junior colleagues and guide their work 
• Collaborate with the Web Development and other teams to deliver design projects and collaterals on tight timelines

• 5 - 6 years’ of experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience in ideating and designing B2B marketing collaterals
• Knowledge or experience in video editing and creating short-form videos will be helpful 
• Experience in designing engaging UI / UX
• Experience in accomplishing multi-team requests and meeting tight deadlines
• Knowledge or experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript will be helpful 
• Previous experience of working in a startup or brand agency environment. Demonstrated ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on and adaptive environment

Sundeep co-founded Indifi, worked at Microsoft, headed Wynk product to mention a few. He holds 3 patents in Distributed Applications and is adept at building and managing large distributed teams spanned across North America, Europe, India, and Australia.
