We are looking for a dynamic and highly customer-centric professional with technical expertise in micro-frontend development to lead a diverse development pod. Reporting to the Tech Lead, you will collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing your solid hands-on programming skills, excellent communication, and strong software engineering foundation to the role.

• Micro-Frontend Ownership: Own micro-frontends of an individual platform.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to provide engineering solutions and set interface expectations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers and the QA team to deliver a stable platform.
• CI/CD Oversight: Manage and own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and oversee DevOps.
• Debugging: Perform hands-on debugging of critical issues.
• Code Reviews: Ensure implementation of coding and design best practices through regular code reviews.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements in processes and technologies.
• Mentorship: Mentor and train junior engineers to build their technical and professional skills.

Note: This is not a remote role. Candidate is required to work from office.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years in a technological role, with a strong foundation in React.js.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in React.js fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Next.js, Micro-frontend, React Native, and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Highly accountable, self-motivated, and a demonstrated team player.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
