About the role

Lead & Data Enrichment 


  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and secondary research to enrich inbound leads 
  • Perform risk checks on leads before routing 
  • Support outbound targeting by creating enriched ICP-based lead lists 


🧹 CRM Management & Hygiene 


  • Update and clean data in Salesforce/HubSpot 
  • Collaborate with Sales reps to fix CRM inaccuracies 
  • Implement and monitor data quality processes 
  • Run deal stage audits and CRM pipeline clean-ups 


⚙️ Process Execution & Automation 


  • Help build and streamline deals management workflows 
  • Work on automation projects using Zapier or similar tools 
  • Be the go-to person for Market Research updates and support 


📊 Reporting & Alignment 


  • Maintain trackers and build reports using Google Sheets and PowerPoint 
  • Collaborate with Data/Business Analysts to align CRM data with revenue goals 
  • Present insights and updates in a structured format to RevOps leaders 


🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration 


  • Work with Product, Knowledge, and Ops teams for smoother processes 
  • Deliver quick documentation, how-tos, and training on CRM best practices for Sales reps 
  • Act as the central PoC for CRM updates, MRE, and operational support 

Ideal candidate

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s from a Tier-1 institute (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields) 
  • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills – you’ll need to make structured internal updates and reports 
  • Strong attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive operational tasks 
  • Hunger to learn how a revenue engine works behind the scenes 
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
