• Develop and maintain client websites, primarily using HTML, PHP, WordPress, and Shopify (Shopify is nice to have, but probably an entirely different resource)
• Manage website functionalities by adding, testing, and updating plugins as needed
• Experience implementing web pixel and analytics tracking
• Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule
• Ensure all web solutions are optimized for performance and designed to meet the specific needs of each client
• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs and issues promptly
• Keep updated with web development technologies and practices to enhance service offerings

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with strong skills in HTML and PHP
• Extensive experience with WordPress
• Understanding web domain management, registrars, and hosting services is highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex projects and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience working on web projects for legal clients or similar professional services
• Additional certifications or training in web development, UX/UI design, or related fields
• Experience with web security practices
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
