We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work part-time (20-30 hours per week) up to full-time (40 hours per week). As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in several short-term projects, which will be executed consecutively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges.
• Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to enhance data analysis efforts.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout all stages of analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience working as a Data Analyst in international companies, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and scripts for data analysis and manipulation.
• Excellent English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate insights and collaborate with international teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with large datasets and applying statistical techniques for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to present findings in a clear and visually appealing manner.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision, while still being an effective team player.
• Proven ability to provide accurate estimations for the defined scope of work and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Flexibility with working hours to accommodate project requirements and deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Hadoop or similar distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar distributed event streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Pulsar).
• Experience with Java or C++ programming languages.
• Understanding of other distributed data technologies, such as Apache Flink or Apache Cassandra, is a plus.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Apache ActiveMQ is beneficial.
