Job Details

Spacewell is looking for a motivated Sales Support Specialist with your local office at Wilrijk (Antwerp). You play a key role in supporting our sales teams worldwide. As a communicative and administrative all-rounder, you are an essential link in the sales process within a commercial helpdesk. After all, you ensure that your sales colleagues can focus on what they do best: selling!


A day on the job

  • 8.45 AM: You come to the office and check your mailbox. One of our clients asked you to draw up an offer.
  • 10.00 AM: Afterwards, you start to process all the incoming orders from our clients.
  • 10.45 AM: You have a central position and have regular contact with our sales, finance and consultancy department to support them whenever needed.
  • 11.30 AM: You schedule a short meeting with your manager to analyze and monitor our pipeline based on data collected from the system.
  • Noon: Lunch time!
  • 1 PM: When analyzing the sales process, you notice that there is room for improvement. So, you start to think about how we can optimize the whole process, taking into account the possibilities of our CRM system and the needs of our business.
  • 3 PM: You plan a call for next week to discuss the right CRM data and dashboards that our partners and sales has to use.
  • 4 PM: To end the day you make sure that our customer information is up to date.

As a Sales Support Specialist you will become part of a great international team. Your colleagues are located at the local office in The Netherlands. Together with your team, you support each other and work to a common goal. There is plenty of room for taking initiative and no day looks the same!

Could this be you?

  • You have experience in an administrative support function and an affinity with sales processes.
  • You have experience with CRM packages and are eager to develop your knowledge for new software packages and technologies.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to learn.
  • You have a bright personality and are commercially minded.
  • You are punctual and enjoy working in a team.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
  • This position is also open if you want to work parttime (80% or 90%)
