We are looking for our Operations Engineer (f/m/d) to complete our team in Vienna. You will help us create and improve our native App.

Role description

⦁ Investigate and understand root causes for issues of product development.

⦁ Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.

⦁ Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

⦁ Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.

⦁ Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.

⦁ Provide technical support and guidance on operations validation, development, and implementation.

⦁ Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.

⦁ Support the start-up and integration of new operations projects.

⦁ Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.

⦁ At least 3+ years of professional experience and two years in a similar position.

⦁ Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Shell, etc.).

⦁ Safe with monitoring tools for Cloud & Applications.

⦁ Experience with Cloud-based infrastructure (GCP, AWS, etc.).

⦁ Adept at quality control and well-organized, with independent working methods.

⦁ Good communication skills and analytical thinking.

⦁ Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problems.

⦁ BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field, or comparable experience.

We are offering a full-time position, with a gross annual salary starting from €55000 to be negotiated based on your experience and qualification.
