The Product & Design team at Standard AI transforms cutting-edge technology into elegant user experiences that delight shoppers while elevating the brick-and-mortar experiences our retail partners offer. As a product designer, you will drive the user experience and partner with customers and a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, marketers, and more to build the best experiences for shoppers and retailers.

This is a FULL-TIME REMOTE role located anywhere in the US.

As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Designing, prototyping, and building new user interfaces for Standard’s products across tablet, mobile devices, and Standard's custom internal tools
• Driving the vision for retailers and shoppers in partnership with product managers, engineers, and the Go-To-Market team
• Mentoring other designers and design stakeholders by leading design critiques and reviews
• Aligning with the marketing team on developing the brand design for Standard

Who you might be:

• You have experience as a product designer with a focus on interactive visual interfaces
• You have experience with end-to-end iterative design process
• You have experience establishing a user-centric design culture and advocating for product quality
• You have designed interfaces that meant to used over and over again: easy to learn, but deep in functionality
• You have a proven history of shipping highly successful tech products with large user bases
• You have clear, concise, and thorough written, visual, and oral communication skills
• You have experience with layout and typography at every level of fidelity, down to the details
