Stellar Cyber is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Sales Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in driving sales initiatives and managing project-related tasks. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales projects and supporting the overall success of our organization. - Assist the CRO in managing and coordinating sales projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective project execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, providing regular updates and progress reports to the CRO.
- Prepare project-related documentation, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support project planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, databases, and CRM systems.
- Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, performance analysis, and market research.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Support customer communications, including responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, and managing customer-related documentation.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback and market insights to identify sales opportunities and improve our offerings.
- Foster positive relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer retention and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the CRO to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the CRO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Assist with the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports as needed.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CRO.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales support, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry and technology solutions is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
