Hi! My name is Yasmin and I'm VP of Product at Stormforge, I'm looking to hire a Principal Product Manager to come join the team. Stormforge is a world-class team focused on harnessing the power of machine learning to optimize application running Kubernetes. Our innovative platform allows organizations to boost application performance while keeping costs down. We recently completed a major fundraising round and are scaling up rapidly to turn our vision into reality. This position is perfect for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor at a startup that moves fast, tackles hard problems, and has fun!

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a roadmap and strategy for Stormforge’s product platform that consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across a range of design skill sets.

- Drive collaboration and vision across the company to build alignment on priorities leading to properly prioritized stories and execution.

- Shape the product roadmap, both short term and long-term using customer feedback and market research.

- Partner closely with a world-class (and global) team of designers, engineers, and data scientists, to deliver high quality products for people across the industry.

- Gather customer feedback and translate into product requirements for the engineering team with clear acceptance criteria.

- Translate the value of our products to the industry through appropriate mediums (blogs, webinars, conferences)

- Focus on sprint level priorities, define the “why” behind our work and tie to customer outcomes

- Enable the field on product value, work with marketing on product positioning and messaging

- Foster a strong, collaborative product practice.

Minimum Qualifications

BS or 4 years experience in related field

4+ years of experience in Product Management

8+ years of industry experience

8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, content and user research teams

Understanding of Kubernetes and container technology

CKA certification or interest in becoming CKA certified

Experienced in product management and product development

Proven ability to deliver results against product KPIs to drive customer usage & satisfaction.
