We are looking for a People Development Associate to perform various tasks and support our Chief People Officer (CPO) daily activities. This is an exciting time to join the People function at Tabeo since we are in the beginning of our journey to structure our key strategic People processes such as performance management and Career Plans. This means you will participate in the discussions and influence the design of these processes. You will also have the opportunity to create the first version of templates and tools for these People matters. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in People Development and getting a closer look of how our company approaches payroll, recruiting and employee development, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.

• Handle onboarding tasks such as updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Design processes and produce templates for key People processes (such as performance management) with CPO guidance
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like performance data for payroll calculation)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Requirements

• Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
• Experience with MS Office
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation is a plus
• Organizational skills
• BSc in General Management, Human Resources Management or similar field
