Your role:


As HR Generalist you support in the recruitment activities of The Insiders, manage the payroll process with partners and handle administrative and legal HR Management.

  • You support the HR Manager in recruiting new colleagues, approving job descriptions and advertisements.
  • You are the SPOC for employees for questions regarding the remuneration, payslip and other payroll related questions. You manage the employee portal and data reporting to the HR Manager.
  • You manage employee contracts, insurances and benefits administration, and look after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
  • You manage the monthly payroll process with partners: report sick leave, leave, attendance and other payroll related information to the payroll agencies. You ensure that payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • You support the HR Manager on (partner) advise on local employment law.
  • You handle new joiners and leavers.
  • You advise line managers and employees on internal employment policies and procedures.
  • You continuously optimize HR Processes and look for improvements where needed


Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in an HR position, preferably in an international context.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Data driven, detail oriented. Strong math skills with ability to spot numerical errors
  • Time-management skills: stick to deadlines to ensure a timely and correct payment of the monthly salaries.
  • Eager to learn and have a problem-solving mindset.
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS and account software.
  • Ability to handle confident information.
  • Bachelor in Human Resources or relevant field.
