About you:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with Google Analytics and the ability to create custom reports and tags. The Marketing Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to drive insights and decision-making across the organization.

Things you would be doing:

• Manage and maintain Google Analytics to ensure accurate and up-to-date data tracking
• Develop and implement custom tags to track marketing campaigns
• Create custom reports and dashboards to measure marketing performance and provide insights to stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that support business objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and marketing measurement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing data analytics, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
