• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organisation and automation
• Develop, release, maintain and optimise native Android Applications and oversee mobile application development efforts
• Work directly with developers and product managers to conceptualise, build, test and realise products

• Developing mobile apps using Android SDK with proficiency in Java / Kotlin

Pham is Founder and CEO of Topica, the leading online education provider in South East Asia with 1,500 employees in Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.Pham served as Vice Dean and Dean at Hanoi University of Technology and Hanoi Open University, and Senior Visiting Scholar at University of California, San Diego. Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Company (Budapest), Extramedia Ventures (Boston, Singapore) and Integra Software (Budapest). Pham was honored among 200 Young Global Leaders by World Economic Forum in 2012, and serves as a Judge of Global Teacher Prize, and a Member of Vietnam Prime Minister’s Education and HR Development Council.
