As our Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with areas such as product, sales, customer success, and onboarding to develop strategies like product launches, go-to-market and competitive research. 🕵️‍♀️

When it comes to our product, you’ll be unbeatable! And you’ll spread the word to internal and external stakeholders through an amazing content strategy that engages people inside out. 🗣

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop pre and post-sign up content to support the acquisition, activation, and retention stages, according to the marketing and company overall goals

  • Write content for formats such as tutorials, FAQs, and sales enablement assets, ensuring our ICP can extract maximum value from our product

  • Organize product-focused webinars targeted to customers and potential customers

  • Communicate and train internal stakeholders on the value proposition of our products, creating and updating sales enablement assets to fasten the sales cycles

  • Plan retention and reactivation campaigns to help our customers [re] engage with existing or new products and features

  • Master competitive research, messaging, and positioning

  • Plan and execute product and feature launches, ensuring the consistency of the process from end to end

  • Develop hypotheses and experiments to increase metrics such as product adoption and engagement.

Desirable tools, knowledge and skills:

  • At least +2 years of experience with product marketing at a startup, preferably in a high-growth B2B startup context

  • You have successfully developed product launch campaigns, with a solid knowledge of go-to-market strategy (and proven results)

  • Manage different communication channels, experimenting with them to send the right message to the right public

  • You thrive on clear communication and have the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders of the business

  • Own the magic of storytelling: you know how to turn data into interesting stories or a diverse set of content types that click with our ICPs, giving them value

  • Feel comfortable with cross-functional work, since you will be involving all of Treble’s teams in your work

  • You solve for the customer: truly understand the customer pain points and needs, turning them into relevant insights

  • Fluent in Spanish is a MUST and fluency in English is a Nice to have
