About the role:

You will be responsible for the following:

• Prospecting ICP leads.

• Scheduling Qualified Demos for our Automation Specialist team.

• Building outreach campaigns and strategies.

• Participating in, and leading, sales (and other professional development) training

We are looking for people who:

• Are highly intelligent, adaptable, and a natural problem solver.

• Are self-learners.

• Have 1+ years experience in sales or marketing.

• Advanced Portuguese and English speaking is a MUST.

• Have experience working in a pedal-to-the-metal (and often chaotic) start-up.

• Have a proven record of being a top performer.

Most, but not all, have:

• Started, or a desire to start, their own company.

• Desires to become a leader and manager.

• A business related degree.
