SUMMARY

Trigger is looking for a full-time Senior Product Manager to support external clients and partners with AR/VR products (which we call XR or “Mixed Reality” products). In this role you will develop user-centric solutions and define value propositions to achieve target outcomes for brands and businesses. Our ideal candidate has previous agency experience in a client-facing role as well as extensive experience producing complex digital projects. This role is a part of our Product department and reports to our Director of Product.

Remote U.S. and Canadian candidates may apply. Remote workers in any area of the listed countries are acceptable so long as they are willing to work Trigger's hours in Pacific Standard Time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead discovery efforts for new products by gathering user insights, brand values, stakeholder/business requirements and vision, competitive landscape, market opportunities, market trends, and opportunities
  • Articulate and prioritize key “problems to solve” and work with XR innovators designers to develop delightful and effective approaches.
  • Collaborate with UX design to translate user needs into intuitive user flows and UI designs
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to translate product requirements into functional requirements and scoped design and engineering deliverables
  • Contribute to business strategy and develop core product roadmap working with key client stakeholders, partners, and Trigger teams
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Drive user testing efforts alongside our UX team to test usability and validate hypotheses, desirability, and value for new features and functionality. Incorporate learnings into the product roadmap
  • Define product success criteria, and collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to measure performance
  • Manage live-ops and continually monitor analytics and performance data
  • Drive efforts to gather quantitative and qualitative user feedback to drive incremental improvements and optimizations
  • Align product team and cross functional stakeholders on the evolving product vision.
  • Help to develop benchmarks for Best in Class XR experiences

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mid- to senior-level background of digital product management experience (5+ years)
  • Are customer-obsessed. You are an evangelist for your end users and can turn complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences
  • Have a tolerance for ambiguity and demonstrate a willingness to approach complex design and technical challenges to drive solutions
  • Are a strategic thinker and focused on a product's North Star, not just feature development
  • Your passion for building great solutions motivates others
  • Are fluent in data analytics. You know which metrics matter to you most and are comfortable getting into the weeds of product data
  • Have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, and are an effective and frequent communicator
  • You are organized and have a strong attention to detail, get the little things right in addition to the big picture
  • You back your intuition with user data and best practices to drive internal and external alignment
  • You are willing to take chances and try out solutions
  • Are passionate about driving the future of XR for retail, marketing, sports and entertainment
  • You care deeply about creating an inclusive and fun work environment
