• As the Triskele Labs team continues to grow, we have expanded our Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) team to the UK. To further complement this, we are looking for our first UK based engineer to support our 24x7 Security Operations Centre and DFIR team. This role will be crucial in supporting our ongoing growth while also supporting our established processes and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist DFIR team in deployment of tooling such as EDR and SIEM
• Deploy solutions such as SIEM for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) clients
• Work with engineering team to resolve integration and SIEM issues
• Resolve issues with Triskele Labs proprietary SIEM solution (Artemis)
• Integrating new solutions into customer environments
• Configuring EDR policies
• Conducting mail gateway reviews
• Undertaking AWS, Microsoft 365 and Google policy reviews
• Ongoing communication with internal team and clients
• Responding to tickets in Triskele Labs helpdesk platform

Requirements

We are looking for either a system/network administrator with a passion for cybersecurity, or an accomplished cybersecurity engineer.

• You will have considerable experience in a technology role
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Considerable background with SIEM solutions
• Experience with EDR solutions (preferably SentinelOne and Crowdstrike)
• Knowledge of Microsoft products including Sentinel and Defender
• Prior experience with secure mail gateways (preferably Mimecast)
