• Analyze and assess clients' existing IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization in terms of cloud migration, cost optimization, and performance enhancement
• Develop and implement customized cloud migration strategies to help clients transition their workloads from on-premises to cloud-based environments, with a focus on O365, Azure, mailbox migrations, MS modern workplace technologies, and networking/infrastructure
• Design, configure, and manage the implementation of cloud-based infrastructure, networking, and security solutions that meet clients' specific requirements and comply with industry standards and regulations
• Plan, design, and deploy scalable and highly available cloud-based services and applications, leveraging
• Microsoft Cloud Solutions and other cloud-native technologies to optimize performance, reliability, and cost
• Collaborate with other IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure that cloud-based solutions are aligned with clients' business objectives and project timelines
• Monitor and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and services to ensure maximum availability, performance, and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact clients' operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and Microsoft Cloud Solutions, and share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues to continuously improve their cloud-based solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions, particularly with a focus on Microsoft Cloud Solutions
• Expertise in cloud migration strategies and tools, including Azure Site Recovery, Azure Database Migration Service, and other migration tools
• Experience in designing and managing complex cloud-based infrastructure and networking solutions, including virtual networks, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and other related technologies
• Deep knowledge of MS modern workplace technologies, including Windows 10, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Strong understanding of compliance and security requirements for cloud-based solutions, including data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical
• stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent certifications in other cloud platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ‘bootstrap’ environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
