About the role

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Azure services
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or Microsoft Teams, per the customer’s preference
  • Respond to all support requests, depending on severity
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction

Ideal candidate

Trusted Tech Team Cloud Support provides complementary Cloud Support for the following services:

  • Outlook and Exchange Online
  • Teams and Teams Admin Center
  • SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Admin Center
  • Azure IaaS and PaaS cloud offerings
  • Endpoint Management with Intune
  • Power Platform and Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft 365 Defender
  • Azure Active Directory


The following services are included in free Cloud Support:

  • Reactive support for the products listed in the previous section
  • How-to questions and Best Practices requests based on Microsoft documentation


The following are out-of-scope for all Cloud Support requests:

  • Direct configuration or changes to the customer's environment
  • Support for End-of-Life products outside the Microsoft support lifecycle


The following services are offered on a Time and Materials basis:

  • Support for workloads such as Operating Systems, Configuration, or Code running within an Azure service
  • Support for Non-Cloud products such as Windows, Exchange Server, and SQL Server
  • Advisory services as defined above
