About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Trainer to join our team in the Philippines. As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions to educate our customers and internal teams on the features, functionalities, and best practices of our products and applications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that users have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and can effectively utilize them to achieve their objectives.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to effectively communicate product features and usage guidelines
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for customers and internal staff members
- Collaborate with product development teams to stay updated on product enhancements and new features, and incorporate this information into training content
- Provide one-on-one training sessions for clients who require personalized assistance or advanced training
- Gather feedback from training sessions to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods
- Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to address customer training needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to provide insights and recommendations for product improvement
Ideal candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions for software products or applications, preferably in a technology-related industry
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product training
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of individuals
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different learning styles and audience needs
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality training experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with training tools and platforms is a plus
- Willingness to travel for onsite training sessions
- Proficiency in English & local languages of the Philippines
