We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified timeframes and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience managing projects in a dynamic environment.

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may impact timelines or objectives
• Communicate project status updates and milestones to stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients 
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, provide guidance, and resolve any conflicts or challenges 
• Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and maximizing efficiency 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and integration of project activities 
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including project plans, requirements, and status reports 
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent
• A minimum of five years' experience in the IT/software industry in a Project Management role, preferably in a technology or software development environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
