The DevOps Engineer will play a pivotal role as a key member of our DevOps team in TVS Digital, contributing to the enhancement of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipeline, ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies and security best practices. Working within an agile environment, the DevOps Engineer should possess a strong product mindset and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates with relevant knowledge, skills, and experiences will be considered for senior positions.

• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to streamline the software delivery process
• Implement and maintain automation tools for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring
• Contribute to various technical areas, including infrastructure as code, system reliability, and performance optimization
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and security of our digital products through efficient deployment and configuration management
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and operations
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our DevOps processes

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in 3 or more areas below:

1. Infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) and configuration management tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible)
2. Containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
3. Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
4. Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
5. Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Typescript, Bash)

• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/XP/TDD/BDD)
• Experience with serverless or microservices architecture
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Trello, MS Teams, Figma
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and different locations
• Excellent collaboration skills and strong team player
• Curious and growth mindsets

Candidates with experience in the following would be a plus:

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit)
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
• Experience with security testing tools (e.g., SonarQube)
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
