Enamine is one of the major chemical R&D product and service providers for the world pharma and agro-industry. We actively invest in our own software products to improve the effectiveness of our business and obtain competitive advantages. Currently, we are looking for UI/UX designer, who will work closely together with our software development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Understand user needs by researching, conducting surveys, sketching, and usability testing with users;
• Translate concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences;
• Contribute to improving design workflow;
• Ensure that product is following industry standards;
• Assist with the development and implementation of the designs by collaborating with developers to ensure the designed experience is well received;
• Facilitate Product Owners to help them achieve the product goals, validate designs, and ensure adherence to the agreed approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UX design professional experience;
• A degree of equivalent education/experience in design is preferable;
• Strong visual design skills and ability to create designs for web application;
• Robust toolkit from whiteboard and hand sketches to Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.;
• Knowledge of UX tools (Axure, Figma, Adobe XD);
• Experience of working in agile & kanban;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Self-motivation and sharing responsibility for team success.

Will be plus

• Previous experience in E-commerce and/or building B2B solutions;
• Knowledge of scripting/mark-up languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON);
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React.
