About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our satellite sales office in Manila. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing administrative staff, and maintaining a professional work environment conducive to high performance and team morale. 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the satellite office, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal office functionality
  • Collaborate with the HR department to assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes of new call center agents 
  • Coordinate with the headquarters to ensure all technical equipment and software are functioning correctly and liaise with vendors for any necessary repairs or updates
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
  • Handle office budget, ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial information, and control office expenditures within allocated budgets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility management, liaising with building management for maintenance issues or space planning
  • Organize and maintain office records, ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Oversee the arrangement of staff meetings, corporate events, and client visits
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivational work environment, addressing any staff concerns promptly and effectively

Note: This is not a remote position.

Ideal candidate

  • 3+ years experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role, preferably within a call center or sales environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to quickly learn any company-specific software 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and external contacts. 
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unforeseen challenges
  • Financial literacy with experience in budgeting and expense management
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and office health & safety regulations
  • Must be available to work in person in the Manila, Philippines office
