The Sales Enablement Coordinator/ Specialist will be a member of the Sales and Marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. The Pursuit Driver will utilize project management and organization skills to help coordinate sales-related activities for various assigned market-facing leaders at Vectorform.

The Sales Enablement Coordinator/ Specialist should act as the primary resource to independently manage each assigned leader’s sales efforts from targeting, to meeting support, to estimating, to proposal development and delivery (all within Vectorform’s defined Pursuit Methodology).

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day sales and pursuit-related action items for assigned leaders
  • Support business development activities for assigned leaders; mainly including:
    • Targeting and prospecting within defined account lists and/or growth areas
    • Meeting scheduling and support (internal/external)
    • Support the pre/during/post contract process (e.g., NDA, MSA, SOW)
    • Manage qualification and offering materials in support of sales
    • Manage CRM requirements in support of active pursuits
    • Drive the estimation process
    • Manage documents and proposal production within the Pursuit Methodology guidelines
    • Support SOW development and delivery
  • Ensure all deliverables are on time to meet all program requirements
  • Maintain clear communication with pursuit teams on pursuit-development progress, utilizing formalized project management tools, collaboration leading practices and other resources required for timely completion of assigned projects or pursuit
  • Draft required content and provide substantive edits throughout the process based on accepted style and brand guidelines and approved sources of information
  • Study competitor/industry trends, news, focus areas
  • Understand Vectorform go-to-market strategy and key offering areas, including value propositions
  • From time-to-time, and as schedules and workload allow, the Pursuit Driver may be called on by the CGO to support Sale Team pursuits
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of increasing responsibility and demonstrable business writing experience, including development of proposals in a professional services environment
  • Ability to develop proposals and presentations that effectively communicate complex and/or distinctive concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet daily requirements and deadlines
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to manage internal client expectations
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with various audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to develop documents and presentations within approved brand guidelines
  • Strong Microsoft and supporting technology skills
  • Strong project management, organizational and collaboration skills
