Job Details

A Data Operations Manager, or Data Entry Clerk, inputs data into database systems and reviews it for completeness and accuracy. Their main duties include updating the company database, digitising and verifying accuracy of client records.

Job Responsibilities

  • Record applications during onboarding calls
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare data for computer entry
  • Input applications, activity, login, experience score, client inquiries, and credit report data on the client sheets
  • Ensure the accuracy of data for the result of applications to be sent to the clients
  • Keep information confidential
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Background in using credit repair systems such as Close.io or similar tool
  • Proven work experience as Data Entry VA or similar role in Credit repair, or Finance field
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to work to time constraints
  • Leadership ability

Tools: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Zoom, Slack, Close.io or similar tool
