We're looking for a Sales Development Representative with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our founding revenue team. As an early member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, pipeline generation, and building the outbound engine.

What you'll do πŸš€

  • Creative outbound prospecting
  • Making 80+ outbound phone calls each day
  • Leveraging sales tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, LinkedIn etc. to network with potential customers
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
  • Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are, and the challenges they face every day

About You πŸ’₯

  • Experience: After at least 1 year as an SDR in B2B sales, you understand what it takes to be successful. Previous cold calling experience required.
  • Communication: Superb writing, communication, and listening skills; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new customers
  • Grit: You're focused, self-driven, resilient, and hard-working to achieve your goals
  • Focus: You're organized, process-driven, and methodical. Outstanding time management skills.
  • Track-record: You've demonstrated success in previous roles
  • Learning: You have a growth mindset, are curious, and aim to master the craft of sales.
