About This Job
We are hiring a Website Designer to support our Pre-Launch Teams as they work with new clients to design, build, and implement content for their website projects.

This position is responsible for creating both custom and semi-custom website designs and building websites on our proprietary Content Management System. Designers will work with their pods (Account Manager and other team designers) to launch websites that are aesthetically pleasing and are fully functional. This position requires an advanced level of understanding and applying bootstrap, HTML, and CSS as well as being able to fully utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator) for design.

When working with clients, an ideal candidate will understand how to problem solve, and work through ambiguity of the problem with a team. You will live in the 'messy middle' of figuring out problems in this role. Communication and collaboration is key, as is the ability to identify and bring up any issues early and often.

This is a client-facing position. Designers join an initial conversation with the client to discuss goals and design ideas, then work with the account manager to facilitate communication throughout the design and build process.
