  • We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Virtual Assistant to join our digital consultancy with headquarters in Zurich. As part of a team you will assist with all aspects of the recruitment cycle and play an integral role to help what. grow. If you already have some experience in recruiting, even better!
  • You are a born organiser, juggling different tasks and communication is your passion and you speak and write both English and German fluently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post job ads online and coordinating with the hiring managers
  • Manage our entire recruitment process
  • Classifying applications across platforms and drawing up shortlists, based on a set of requirements
  • Following up with candidates by scheduling interviews, callbacks and sending rejection emails. You also support with handing candidates test tasks
  • Monitoring recruiting related email accounts
  • Active outreach to source candidates.
  • 2+ years of remote work experience as a bi-lingual Virtual Assistant
  • Ability to work independently and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Solution oriented approach to problem solving
  • Language skills: German and English (C1 or higher)

Nice to have

  • Experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role, ideally in IT or Marketing
