We are looking for an experienced Chief Operations Officer or COO to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business. This person will drive outcomes against the company’s strategic goals, improving technology, operational efficiency and organizational structure.

The COO role is a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You’ll maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth and increase the overall efficiency of the corporation.


  • Create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company

  • Help make Will Reed a digital native company, built on cutting edge technology and tools

  • Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CFO, CEO and other key executive team members

  • Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability

  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

  • Oversee daily operations of the company

  • Lead and inspire employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)


  • Proven experience as Chief Operations Officer or relevant role

  • Understanding of business functions: Finance, Marketing, People, Sales

  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics and systems

  • Tech-forward approach to how systems and processes are built

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
