Independent Loan Officer (1099):

We are seeking qualified independent (1099) remote loan officers to pursue leads consisting of borrowers who have expressed interest in growing their businesses using collateral-backed financing.

The ideal candidate for this role has lending/mortgage industry experience with a focus on new customer acquisition by responding to digital leads. WBL offers a competitive commission model offering unlimited earning potential and commission earned at the time of the lock – no need to wait for the loan to close before receiving payment!

Requirements:

Desired Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in the lending industry, in residential mortgage and/or commercial lending.
• Proven success in an outbound call center environment, responding to and converting digital leads.
• Basic knowledge of real estate verbiage.
• Persuasive selling and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
