The Role

  • Job Title: Executive/Personal Assistant
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Location: UK - remote, with travel when required
  • Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours a week, with some flexibility in working hours required

  • Training: Company Induction and Welcome, with on the job training and development

About You

We are looking for someone who really wants to support and drive our CEO through clear communication, seamless co-ordination and thorough planning. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptionally high levels of attention to detail. You should be comfortable with using computer systems, diary management, expenses processing and project work. We love some personality that expands our family, so bring what you have got to offer to your interview!

Requirements

  • Constructing and co-ordinating communications to all levels, internally and externally
  • Diary Management
  • Scheduling of meetings and attendance to minute-take
  • Explore and secure travel arrangements
  • Review, collect and submit travel expenses
  • Co-ordinate and engage in project work
  • Organise events of varying scales
  • Support in client meetings, including but not limited to pitches, lunches, outings

Key Skills

    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Experience in executive assistance at senior business level
    • Highly competent in co-ordination and organisation
    • Adaptable to engage with people at all business levels, internally and externally
    • The ability to multitask effectively
    • Excellent attention to detail and thorough thinking and planning
    • Be creative in thinking and present ideas and best practices for improvements
