Wowza is seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Wowza’s sales enablement strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this person will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to determine key areas of enablement focus for revenue acceleration. As Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our sales team by providing the knowledge, training, and tools to meet maximize the value of our products and exceed our revenue goals.
What you’ll do:
Create a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Wowza’s product suite and growth objectives.
Develop, implement, and manage sales enablement processes and tools to enhance the performance of the sales team and drive revenue.
Deliver training to sales team members on sales techniques that align with current growth initiatives.
Analyze CRM performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify process improvement and training opportunities to accelerate GTM strategies.
Stay up to date on the latest sales trends to provide market intelligence and insights to sales leadership.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders cross-functionally.
About You:
2-3 years of sales enablement experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS space or other highly technical fields.
Previous experience onboarding, coaching, and training sales professionals.
Data-driven in your approach to enablement to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Customer-obsessed mindset and understanding of the seller experience and how to implement improvements.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and organized self-starter with an ability to tackle ambiguous problems and thrive in a rapidly changing growth environment.
Nice to haves:
MBA preferred, not required.
Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) go-to-market models.
HubSpot experience preferred.
Benefits:
Salary: $100,000-$120,000
- Bonus Eligible
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of our salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on a range of factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of our total compensation package for employees.
