In your job as an Affiliate Marketer, you will be responsible for growing our Affiliate networks and ensuring that Affiliates realize their potential.

In this role, you will report directly to the Affiliates and Partners Manager. You will join our marketing team, which is based in Europe. We work remotely, and ideally you should live in a country that aligns with the European Timezone.

We are so curious to know which new country will be added to our distributed team map! 🌍

In your everyday job as an Affiliate Marketer, you will connect with potential and existing Affiliates, negotiate terms, analyze and optimize their strategies to develop brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Here is a list describing the tasks involved in this position (do you happen to like making lists? So do we!):

• You will develop a strategy for finding high-value Affiliates that drive business results (prospecting & qualifying new potential Affiliates and reviewing Affiliates’ applications)
• You will maintain open communication with Affiliates, answering their questions, communicating about upcoming campaigns
• You will prepare and provide assets for Affiliates (content template, ready-to-use texts/banners, newsletters, new features description & screenshots)
• You will analyze Affiliates’ statistics to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and maximize revenue.
• You will ensure compliance with the brand guidelines, the Affiliate agreement and product presentation on an ongoing basis.
• You will make sure sales are tracked correctly, you will monitor sales and report on progress & performance

Strong Sales Skills

You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver. You are not afraid to share a point of view and lead Affiliates to drive better performance.

Excellent Communication

You have excellent English speaking and writing skills. You are good at building strong relationships and hustling to make sure partners are satisfied.

Solid Understanding of Digital Media Channels

You are familiar with Affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing. You understand marketing attribution and how different channels interplay at different points in the customer journey.

WordPress Market Knowledge

A familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem is a major plus (themes, plugins, hosts, etc…)
